Disassemble and inspect the core, clean the castings using material-appropriate methods, and check for defects before machining.
02 / Machine & Prepare
Prepare critical surfaces and bores, recondition applicable components, and check clearances for the specific engine build.
03 / Assemble
Install the specified replacement components, internal gaskets, and seals with attention to fit and assembly requirements.
04 / Final Inspection
Inspect the completed assembly and confirm its configuration before release. Build methods and updates depend on the application.
